International Week at ISCAP: Selsela Arya

From April 15th to 19th, I had the privilege of participating in the vibrant atmosphere of ISCAP's 17th International Week in Porto, Portugal. This event, renowned for its blend of academic, cultural, and social exchange, provided an enriching experience for all involved.

The Porto Accounting and Business School, which belongs to one of Portugal's largest public Polytechnic Institutes, the Polytechnic Institute of Porto and offers its 4,500-strong student population a range of innovative undergraduate and graduate programs.

During IW2024, I had the opportunity to teach in two courses at ISCAP:

  1. Individual Career Management Fundamentals: Introduced assessment center tasks and conducted a hands-on workshop on an e-Tracey assessment center task with first-year Human Resource Management students.
  2. Employability and Individual Professional Transitions:Focused on international career building and networking for third-year Human Resource Management students.

The aim of these sessions were to equip students with practical skills and insights essential for their professional and international development.

Throughout the international Week, I was also able to promote Erasmus exchange semester opportunities at RheinAhrCampus to students and I am very much looking forward to welcoming students from our partner university ISCAP here at RheinAhrCampus, Remagen.
Students from RheinAhrCampus can also apply for an Erasmus Exchange Semester at our partner university - ISCAP.

During the week all participants were also able to explore the city of Porto and we got the opportunity to participate in cultural activities and network.

A big thank you to Alexandra and her team from the International Office at ISCAP and all participants for the opportunity to contribute to IW2024 at ISCAP in Porto. It was truly an honor to be part of it.
