Thema: Effects of startup collaboration on established firms: An empirical multi-level study about the transmission of entrepreneurial behavior

Collaborating with startups has been best known for reasons of technology transfer. Nowadays, established firms also try to incorporate entrepreneurial behavior of startups in order to rejuvenate firm culture, which is largely unresearched in theory & practice. In my dissertation at University Koblenz, I strive towards identifying success factors and paths of the transmission of entrepreneurial behavior from startups into established firms on firm, team and individual level. The level of transmission promises to be a meaningful measure for successful startup collaborations. Moreover, my research contributes to a better understanding on how to develop successful ties with startups.
