The application process for the Master's degree program "Management, Leadership, Innovation" with the degree "Master of Arts (MA)" takes place in two steps. In the first step, the following proof must be provided by the application deadline as an admission requirement:

Once the admission requirements have been checked, applicants are invited to an introductory interview in a second step. This gives applicants the opportunity to gain a personal impression of the people behind the Management, Leadership, Innovation program.

Please note: If you have not yet completed your Bachelor's degree at the time of application, but have at least 165 credits , you are allowed to apply for the Master's program MLI. Proof of completion of the professionally qualified Bachelor's degree program must then be provided by the end of the first semester of the Master's degree program.

The program Management, Leadership, Innovation and all its modules are completely held in English.
