If you want to compare your myelin water content maps to a healthy control population, you might find our absolute myelin water content atlas (NII-File) helpful (31 healthy young volunteers normalised to the MNI152 template). Please be carefull as the values presented in the atlas are absolute, i.e. the relative myelin water content * total water content.
