While studying MLI, students progress in gaining a deep understanding of innovation management and coaching, product development processes, digital business models and intercultural leadership in the program-specific in-depth modules of the Master's degree program in Management, Leadership, Innovation - with intensive supervision in small groups.

4. Semester: Practice Project
Practical relevance should be at the heart of a study program, which focuses on innovation management and entrepreneurship. Lectures and seminars focus on practical knowledge with real-world examples and collaborations with national and global organizations provide hands-on networking opportunities for capstone projects and future employment prospects.
The fourth semester is completed through practice project studies involving real-world problems from the daily operations of businesses, including those in partnership with our university, that students learn how to solve and bring value to the business customers.
