The Faculty of Business and Social Sciences offers bachelor's and master's degree programmes in Business and Management both as full-time courses on campus and as part-time distance-learning MBA programmes.

Business and Management degree programmes at Koblenz University of Applied Sciences, Remagen Campus

Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Our six- or seven-semester degree programmes in Research and Innovation Management (dual study programme), Health and Social Management, Logistics and E-Business, Management, Leadership and Innovation, and Sports Management lead to a Bachelor of Arts degree. The Health and Social Management dual study programme was launched in the 2022/2023 winter semester. From the summer semester of 2023, we will also be offering sports management as a dual study programme.
 
Master of Arts (MA)
The Business Administration programme is a four-semester postgraduate course leading to a Master of Arts degree. The programme offers specialisations in Health and Social Management, and Logistics and E-Business . We also offer master's programmes in Sports Management, Economic and Social Research, and Management, Leadership and Innovation.
 
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Our part-time MBA distance learning programme  is designed for graduates who have already gained some professional experience. The five-semester programme leads to a Master of Business Administration degree. Students can choose from nine specialisations.

The RheinAhrCampus has a modern canteen, a coffee lounge, a beautiful, spacious recreation area and a beach volleyball court. There are also two comfortable student residences and an attached childcare centre.

We are a university of applied sciences, so you won't only learn about theory. You will experience practical research during your studies and have the chance to see close up how theories are applied in practice. The faculties of Mathematics and Technology, and Business and Social Sciences carry out interdisciplinary research in three major fields: natural sciences, technology and social sciences.
Our professors and lecturers have extensive professional experience in their fields, so they know what they are talking about. Students also benefit from our close ties to research institutes, business and industry.

Close to the River Rhine, the RheinAhrCampus is in an idyllic yet central location. It is just a short walk from the campus to the river. Remagen is within easy reach of the cities of Cologne, with its impressive cathedral, and Bonn, the former capital of the Federal Republic of Germany, as well as Koblenz. Students can travel free of charge to all three cities with their semester ticket travel pass. It is just 15 minutes by train to Bonn Central Station and 40 minutes to Cologne. There is lots to explore in the Rhine, Moselle and Ahr region and you can enjoy culture, sports activities and breathtaking scenery without travelling far. The Middle Rhine Valley's mild climate is another advantage.
